You play a critical role in designing, building, innovating, and piloting a growing range of technology products.

Leveling framework

Depending on the direction, goals, and maturity of your career, Canonical’s leveling framework offers a variety of directions and opportunities, designed to help you flourish in the long term.

Early careers team members may join us at Graduate or Associate level before achieving Prof I and beyond. Following Prof II, team members have the option to focus on one of three tracks: Depth, Drive, and Plan.
